Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national organization comprised of some 15,000 members affiliated in some way with community associations (managers, owners, lawyers, insurance brokers, etc.). CAI is "dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent community associations." Their stated mission is "to assist community associations in promoting harmony, community, and responsible leadership."

We support this mission as an active member of CAI and its Washington State Chapter. Knowledge gained from the education and resources offered by CAI and combined with our years of experience helps ensure that our valued clients receive the best possible management services at all times.
