Toyan Copeland, PCAM
Toyan Copeland, PCAM, is a co-Owner/Manager of The Copeland Group, LLC. She has managed homeowner associations for over 25 years.
Toyan has maintained her reputation as an outstanding professional among association managers since the establishment of her first successful company in 1985.
Awarded the PCAM® (Professional Community Association Manager) designation in 1994, Toyan has presented workshops on condominium management and serves on the National Editorial Advisory Board of Condominium Management (the national CAI bi-monthly publication). She earned her BA in Economics from the University of Washington.
As a volunteer, she recently spent two years offering her organizational and communication skills to a Bolivian indigenous group to assist them in their business development.
Sacha Copeland, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Sacha Copeland, CMCA, AMS, PCAM is a co-Owner/Manager of The Copeland Group, LLC. She has been involved in the management of homeowner associations for over sixteen years.
Sacha earned her B.A. in History from the University of Washington and has successfully completed the U of W Certificate Program in Construction Management. She worked for four years for a large commercial contractor as a Project Engineer.
Her communication and coordination skills, experience and knowledge in managing construction or other such projects of any size as well as in managing homeowner associations make Sacha a valuable part of any client's team.
Don Carden, Association Manager
Don has been managing condominium associations for the past 12 years - most recently in the Seattle area following his move from California to Washington State in 2002.
A graduate of the University of Wyoming, Don was an early childhood teacher before entering the world of condominium management. Sharpening his skills as a salmon fisherman is one of his free-time pursuits.
