♦Monitor contracts with experience and expertise

CLEANLINESS

♦Insure acceptable standards of cleanliness and maintenance of building and grounds with routine visits to the property

♦Draft job description/scope of work for cleaning personnel

MAINTENANCE / REPAIRS

♦Respond promptly to reports of maintenance or repair needs and make all appropriate arrangements to satisfactorily resolve situation

♦Coordinate and monitor ongoing maintenance services

♦Arrange for annual inspections, or other required visitations

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE 

♦Draft and monitor ongoing program to minimize maintenance needs

RESERVE STUDY

♦Monitor schedules and expenditures each year

♦Coordinate periodic updates of study
