In addition, we have established excellent working relationships with local service providers who are available to respond promptly.

  • Bids/Contracts: Assist with or prepare specifications/scope of work for bids. Solicit bids from reputable, proven contractors. Provide comparative bid information to the Board, with recommendation. Negotiate contracts to the association's best advantage. Monitor/oversee contracts using our experience and expertise.
  • Cleanliness: Ensure acceptable standards of cleanliness, maintenance of buildings, and compliance with rules and regulations with periodic walk-through visits to your property.
  • Maintenance/Repairs: Respond promptly to maintenance or repair needs and make all appropriate arrangements to resolve the situation satisfactorily. Coordinate and monitor ongoing maintenance services.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Draft and monitor an ongoing program to minimize maintenance needs.
  • Reserve Study: Monitor schedules and expenditures each year. Coordinate periodic updates of the study.
  • Vendors: Develop and maintain good working relationships with vendors who can best serve your property.
