Frequently Asked Questions

What makes The Copeland Group stand out from other companies?

We like what we do which is why we do it well. Our responsive, effective and personable service reflects this. We have a long and successful history of serving a select portfolio of associations. We manage only community associations (no commercial, rental, or other such real estate services). Our focus is on knowing, understanding, and working with associations such as yours. We have no affiliation with any service providers that may work with your association. As professional association managers, we recognize and respond to your needs as a community, a government, and a business.

What types of properties does The Copeland Group manage?

We currently manage associations ranging in size up to 200 units. These properties include downtown high-rises; multi-building complexes; townhome style units; a historic building; conversions; and more. Their construction may be up-to-date, appropriately aging, or in need of some serious attention.

How do we know we’ll get the attention and response we need?

We will carefully monitor the size and demands of the portfolio assigned to your Association Manager. It is important to us that your Association Manager has sufficient time and energy to serve you to your satisfaction. We want what’s best for everyone involved.

Can The Copeland Group help with serious deferred maintenance needs?

We have the expertise and experience needed for any project whether it requires re-construction, rehabilitation, redesign or just some spiffing up. We have a history of working with consulting architects, interior designers, contractors, elevator consultants, lenders and others who may be needed.

What exactly can The Copeland Group do for our association?

Working closely with your Board of Directors, we will take care of the administrative, financial, maintenance and miscellaneous needs of your association and its property. While the Board must make some important decisions, we will see that things happen as they should. We make life as easy as possible for Board members and others.
